The Services use Your Data to log-in to Third Party Accounts and collect data and other information available therein including, but not limited to, photographs, text, and other information. The Services stores and analyzes such materials and produces reports and archives of such information for the User to access and view.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain (1) how we use Your Data to access Third Party Accounts, (2) how we collect and handle your Personal Information, (3) how we handle and maintain Your Data, (4) how to terminate your Account, or delete Your Data, (5) how to work with us to maintain your privacy and the security of your Personal Information and Your Data, and (6) other privacy considerations.

As used in this policy, the terms "using" and "processing" information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing and transferring information within our organization or among our affiliates within the United States or internationally. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service, accessible at https://socialsweepster.com/terms/ and, together with the Privacy Policy, collectively referred to herein as the "Terms".

Your Personal Information

"Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy means any information that can be used to identify and/or contact you, and information regarding your use of the Services that may be connected with you. Personal Information may include your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address, postal address, and your Third Party Content. Personal Information may also include information we gather regarding how you use the Services.

When you register with us, we will ask you for Personal Information. Personal Information will be used to create an Account. We use your Personal Information mainly to provide the Services and administer your Account and inquiries.

As a User who has registered for the Services, you will grant the Company access to Third Party Accounts to enable the Company to capture the Third Party Content therein and make it available on the Services via your Account. By granting the Company access to any Third Party Accounts you understand that the Company will access, collect, make available, and store your Third Party Content so that it is viewable via your Account. The Company is not responsible for any Third Party Content you have stored on any Third Party Accounts that you choose to make viewable on or through your Account. You have the ability to terminate the Services access to Third Party Accounts by visiting each respective service and following the procedures thereon at any time. We also collect the other information that you provide as part of registration and for the administration and personalization of your Account (e.g., without limitation, individual preferences) ("Non-Identifying Information").

Certain Non-Identifying Information would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other identifiers (for example, combining your zip code with your street address) in a way that enables you to be identified. But the same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other non-identifying information (for example, your viewing preferences). We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other Users to attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of the Services and to analyze and understand how the Services are used. We may also use the combined information without aggregating it to serve you specifically.

We also use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications.

1. Your Login Credentials

In order to access your Third Party Accounts, we will use Your Data to access such Third Party Accounts through certain application programming interfaces ("API"). As an example, if you instruct the Company to interact with Your Data from Facebook, the Company will use Your Data to access Facebook through its API. You represent and warrant that you are the owner of that Third Party Account associated with Your Data and have the authorization to let the Company access that Third Party Account. The Company accesses your Third Party Accounts to collect Your Data from such Third Party Accounts, and update it on an ongoing basis pursuant to your subscription.

2. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

You provide Personal Information to the Company in several ways:

When you create an Account, you provide us with a verifiable email address and password of your choice as well as your full name and payment verification information, including address, credit card number, and card expiration date.

We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Services and for the Services' technical administration, to increase our Services' functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our visitors' needs. We also use this information to verify that visitors to the Services meet the criteria required to process their requests. We may use Log Data in association with Personal Information including, but not limited to, aggregating, analyzing and evaluating such information for the same purposes as stated above regarding other Non-Identifying Information.

Cookies

Like most other websites, the Company uses cookies to help improve the Services. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. These text files are used by these websites and help identify you when you return to a website. Cookies can be "persistent" or "session" based. Persistent cookies remain on your computer when you have gone offline, while session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your web browser. You can set your browser to stop accepting cookies, but this may effect functionality and limit your ability to fully utilize the Services. We use cookies for multiple purposes including saving your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Services and to enable certain features of the Services to better understand how you interact with the Services and to monitor aggregate usage by Users and web traffic routing on the Services.

Phishing

Identity theft and the practice currently known as "phishing" are common in the internet. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is critical. The Company will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your username, password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.

Use of Your Personal Information

It is our policy to never disclose Personal Information except as specified in this Privacy Policy. The Company may use your Personal Information to (i) provide, monitor, analyze, and improve the Services, (ii) personalize and improve your User experience, and (iii) verify that you have the authorization needed for us to process your requests. In some cases, the Company may also use your Personal Information to provide software updates and product announcements. If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of those communications.

Partner Access to Your Data

The Company utilizes third party service providers for the provision of certain services including, but not limited to, hosting services, meaning that Your Data resides on secure servers owned and/or controlled by trusted third party service providers.

These service providers may have access to certain Personal Information solely for purposes of performing these tasks on the Company's behalf and under obligations similar to those in this Privacy Policy.

Employee Access to Your Data

Company employees occasionally review User data, including Personal Information, in connection with their duties to the Company, but any such employees are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Non-Identifiable Personal Information

The Company may disclose aggregated or otherwise non-identifiable information, like usage statistics, to third parties.

How the Company Handles and Maintains Your Data

After you authorize access of your Third Party Accounts, the Company processes Your Data using advanced algorithms, then archives Your Data. If you prohibit the Company's access to a Third Party Account, the Company will not be able to provide Services in relation thereto. However, this does not affect the archive of Your Data prior to that moment.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

The Company will not share or disclose your Personal Information except as otherwise described in these Terms.

The Company cooperates with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Company or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

The Company may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

Links to Other Sites

The Services may contain links to other websites and/or applications. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's website. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit Personal Information from you. Other websites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the Personal Information you submit to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.

Security

The Company employs reasonable physical, technological, and administrative security measures and attempt to ensure they are applicable under the circumstances. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored "personal data" (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on the Services without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

4. Account Termination; Deleting Data

You can terminate your Account by submitting a request at https://socialsweepster.com/account/manage/. If you would like us to delete Personal Information, please contact us with a specific request that we delete your Personal Information from our database. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Please note that you may request that the Company remove stored images of your facial features, but that removing such content may have adverse effects on the functionality of the Services.

5. You Must Work With Company to Secure Your Personal Information and Data

Your account cannot be safely maintained without your participation.

Protect Your Login Credentials

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. You should never share your login credentials with others. If for any reason you believe that your login credentials have fallen into the wrong hands, you should immediately access your account and change your password. If you believe that a third-party has locked you out of your own account, contact us. Keeping the login credentials for your Third Party Accounts is just as important as safeguarding your Account.

6. Other Privacy Considerations

The Services are not directed to persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you should contact us. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.

None of Your Data is made public via the Services. No unauthorized third parties can see Your Data in your Account, or even know that you have an Account, unless you share that information or lose exclusive control of your login credentials.
